I just found this awesome community (mp3_share) and I'm downloading free music like crazy. It's definitely much better than Limewire and the rest 'cause I can get a bunch of songs without the adware/malware/viruses. It's slow though 'cause I'm still dial-up. Bummer.

SEP was fun today. We played a game and our group won first place!

Dang, we're going back to school on Wednesday. I hate school. It's the shittiest thing in the world.

I was gonna study today for the exams I'll be taking when I go back, but some bitch named The Sims 2 stopped me from doing this. I promised to limit myself to one hour of playing but I ended up sitting in front of the monitor for 4 friggin' hours.

Aah, it's like a drug. I can't stop myself. Call me a geek but I don't care.

Anyway I'm reading Angela's Ashes right now ['cause my dad ~~forced me to~~ suggested it to me] and I'm loving it. It's a memoir of the author's very miserable Irish Catholic childhood. The babies wear rags for diapers. The dad rarely works and when he does, he drinks his wages. The mom is miserable. When they finally got a bed to sleep one, they were so happy. All six in the family squeezed into that bed but woke up in the middle of the night, scratching and bleeding because of the fleas in the mattress. One time, the children and the mom had to find coal, papers, leaves, etc. in the roadside in order to light a fire. All in all, the parents had seven children. Three of them died. One 'cause of pneumonia, the other 'cause of the fleas, and the only girl 'cause of ... wee, I forgot.

It's a good and easy read.

I'm gonna go read now, okay? I've been sitting in front of the computer for hours.

Whoopa! We watched "The Cider House Rules" yesterday. I cried my eyes out when Fuzzy died. One of the characters was Wally and my sister can't help but remember Miss Rimorin. *copies Miss Rimorin's trademark "GET IT?"* Erykah Badu was in the movie. On the second night, I was in school and we had a field trip mall. We had, like, an Amazing Race. We had to find three people wearing red in a store. When we found them, they showed us a secret cinema in the store and we watched a movie there. So cool.
And last night, my cousins in my dad's side were in my dream. Ate Shirley and Sasa were there, too, but I totally ignored the latter. Cueshé (OMGZ!!!1one! They're so paaank!!) was there, too, (I don't know why) and I said to my sister "Oh my God! It's Cueshé!" in a really excited way. Then I high-fived her. But I was being sarcastic.

My dad arrived from New York yesterday.
I missed him so much.
He brought home some Ferrero Rocher (it's almost finished), two "I ♥ NY" shirts, one "I ♥ NY" piggy bank (white with red hearts for its eyes and snout. Canadian colors!) picture frames from the Guggenheim museum, a New York Vertical picture book (The pictures are breath-taking}, and [he said] an iPod Nano next week. Okay, now I feel bad. We already have an iPod Mini. And we only reached half of the 1000-song capacity (we only have 584 songs!). I'm serious, he didn't have to buy another one. We could've spent the money on some other stuff... like Vans. Who wants my iPod Mini? I'm selling it. The silicon casing is ruined though [in the click wheel area] so you have to get yourself a new one or bear with it.

I miss New York.
I miss the subways. (And swiping the card.)
I miss my uncle's x-apartment. (And the elevator. It has the "cage".)
I miss commuting. (My uncle had no car. We only rode the taxi twice. We rode the subway and walked. It was only in New York where I had fun walking.)

I miss the World Trade Center. Who would've known that would be my first and last time to be there? Aah. It's scary. We were there (if I'm not mistaken) March 2001. Just 6 months before the 9/11 tragedy.

We watched Red Eye today. Good, clean fun. Tight and tense.
Everyone should watch it.
I saw this in IMDb. I had to share it with you. It's cute how some people pay attention to the smallest details:

For the movie, fake airline tickets were printed up for passengers to carry and use. On the back was listed 12 "terms and conditions" for buying the ticket, just like on real airline tickets. However, the twelfth read: "All the provisions of this Passenger Ticket and Baggage Claim Check are completely bogus. It's all a bunch of excessive detail, and if you happen to reading this you've got too much time on your hands. Bring a good book next time."

Now it's my turn to have "unproportional" eyes. It was Anna's turn a while ago.
My daddy ~~is going away~~ ~~has gone away~~ will be going away to New York in, like, 3 hours.

Cons:

2. What if something happens to him there? Like, he gets abducted by aliens! And comes back to find out he's pregnant with a green baby! must... get... sims... 2... back...

This will be the worst weekend of my life. Next week we have at least 10 exams.
And our first major exam in high school is in Soc Sci. Just great.

I remember putting my LJ on hiatus before. And then I wrote an entry the day after.
Well, it's official. I won't be updating 'til next week (If ever I'm still alive).--> I just edited this entry. So that's not considered as updating... right?

Let's talk about yesterday yesterday (which was Thursday) and yesterday (which was Friday)
Yesterday yesterday:
Nothing much. Did usual school stuff. Spanish time was the bomb (I never thought this would actually be possible). After taking the Spanish exam, I talked about random things with other people. (And I mean really random) After Math, went home and did the usual--which is surf, eat, breathe, stand up, sit, blink, and the like.

People I saw in school that day [who are either VERY interesting, very annoying (NO batchmates are in this list), very nice to see, ~~which is my sister~~, or very fun to tease to ~~Kimmy~~ other people]:
1. Mackie and Rica *Swoons* Kidding XD
2. Mikee's mortal enemy
3. Kimmy's ~~mortal enemy~~ whatever-Kimmy-wants-me-to-call-her-'cause-she-said-"She's-not-my-mortal-enemy!"

People I didn't see in school that day [but I always look forward to seeing to 'cause I see them everyday but it so happens that I didn't see them that day *breathe out*]:
1. Our favorite odd couple K66666H. I'm actually taller than them, you know [by a picometer].

YESTERDAY
Almost the same with yesterday yesterday.
A bit boring.
I've been starving, though. *Holds up a sign saying "Will eat for food"*
I saw my sister. She was wearing yellow. And black shoes. And white socks. Which. Didn't match.
In the car, we ate Oreo. There was the white, the brown, and the black. Whoopee.'
And then I remembered this:
Sean: Do you want the [roasted] beef?
Kasey: No, I don't like black beef (Meaning "burnt", duh).
Sean: Racist.
